Question by thats what she said: Going to a concert, what should I wear?
The music is like pop/rock. Its a general admission concert and I’ve never been to a general admission concert. The venue is like a bar/club place and its indoors. I’ve been there once before but not for a concert. I know they keep it freezing in there but it will probably still get hot since it will probably be crowded.
Here are my ideas that I was thinking of wearing. I dress rather preppy so i dont have too much to wear to a rock concert lol. if you have a better idea just tell me!
bottoms:
skinny jeans OR denim shorts (I cant choose which would be the better idea)
tops:
gray spaghetti strap tank with a purple racerback tank over it
OR
black racerback tank with a purple racerback tank over it
OR
plain black vneck t shirt
shoes:
leopard flats? i know that youre supposed to wear like sneakers but the sneakers i have are ugly lol. i also jumped around and danced in the flats and they dont come off easy so thats good lol. they might give me blisters by the end of the night but idc.
bag: i was thinking of bringing a wristlet just to put my tickets/money/phone in. i am also bringing my camera but that will probably be in my hand most of the time lol. or i can just forget the wristlet and put everything in my pockets lol. what should i do?
idk if this matters- but im not like a die hard fan thats going to try to get to the front. im fine with standing near the back. and im definetly not a mosh pit person lol.
what should i wear?! and anything i should know about general admission concerts since this is my first??
isnt it bad to wear flip flops? will my feet get stepped on?
its the summer obviously but they keep the venue really cold with a/c

DONT FREAK! It looks like a long read, but it’s a lot of skimming.
I have a wardrobe of clothes that are nice, but I can never put together outfits that I feel the same way about. Below are some of my favorites.
Black tank-style racerback dress (hits above the knee)
Black tee style dress (hits above the knee)
Long, opaque black leggings
Black riding style faux leatehr boots
Grey, darkwash, black, and medium wash loose skinny jeans.
Black legging-style skinnies
Blue and red skinnies
Black ripped skinnies
Plaid super tight legging style skinnies
Grey converse low tops
Bronze flats
Bright blue flat skimmer slip on sneakers
Silver braided sandals
Normal flip flops in grey, black, and red
White sheer burnout style leopard print vneck tee
Assorted tank tops
Grey bubble tube dress
Grey long vest-style cardigan
Navy cardigan
Brown vest
Pink , leopard, and fishnet semisheer tights
Full black tulle style skirt
jeans with the potential to become cutoff shorts
Can someone give me a good outfit from that stuff? Two or three things I dont own yet but am planning to buy very soon. I have a grunge, indie, but girly flirty style. What works?
